Shipping for orders more than $300.00 subtotal amount are free only within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.

AK, HI, APO/FBO's and PO Boxes additional $10.00 to regular shipping charges for US Priority Mail shipment.

Oversized Items will require an additional shipping charge, because some items are bulky or heavy. Costs to ship these items are always higher than other items. Examples: Queen Velvet Bed Spread, King Comforter, Bedrest etc.

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (does not include delivery time) during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.

International Shipping

Shipping and Handling costs for countries outside the U.S. must be calculated on individual basis. Customers outside the U.S. are advised to send an email at info@PureComfortLinens.com to inform us about the product/s plus quantity they wish to order and the exact delivery location before placing orders. This is to facilitate computation of shipping and handling rates, thus avoiding unnecessary delay in the shipping process.  The shipping cost is adjusted in accordance with the weight of package and country of destination.

Rate computation shall be emailed to you within 24 hours (regular business hours). Then, you can place your order if you agree to pay the shipping and handling cost. You may receive a request payment from us thru Paypal for the delivery rate charges, not charged during the placement of order. You have to acknowledge the request for us to start processing your order.

We ship via air mail, postal parcel post, insured.  For international exchange rate conversions, please read this: Universal Currency Converter Service. Due to high rate of shipping we must require a minimum amount of purchase order to $50.00 USD.  The post office charges 1 pound minimum.  Anything over is rounded up to the next number. (e.g. 1.01 lbs. = 2 lbs.)

Please do not expect your order to arrive in a week or two.  Due to security checks of all foreign credit cards and customs forms to be filled out for all items shipped abroad, it will take 2-3 weeks before you receive your order.

For all orders shipped outside U.S.A., the buyer is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes related with the orders.

Shipping and Handling charge and 15% restocking fee shall be deducted from the amount credited back to the credit card in case a parcel is returned due to non-payment of duty tax.

The post office will hold your package for a few days only.  It will be marked unclaimed if you fail to claim it.  Generally, the postal service will make several attempts to deliver it and leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for the package.  To have your order sent a second time, you will be required to pay for shipping twice.
