Manufacturer's Return Authorization Policy:

In most cases sales are final, and our manufacturers do not accept returns. All items are carefully inspected and are free from defect before shipping to customers.

However, we do understand that sometimes you may need to return certain merchandise. If that is the case, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please do not hesitate to contact us through email with all the particulars and we will give you the return instructions and policies for each individual Manufacturers.

All returns must have a return authorization number and it should be displayed on the outside of the package, otherwise the package will be refused & returned at your expense.

Returns must be received clean within 30 days of Return Authorization Date. Orders not returned in 30 days will unfortunately not be covered.

Return the product at your own expense using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS. The return address depends on which manufacturer is involved, and will be given on an individual basis.

The manufacturer will re-inspect, repair, or replace the product at their discretion. If the product in question is determined not to be defective, or due to customer misuse, the product will be returned to the sender and the sender will be charged for the return freight.

All International Sales are final (non-refundable). When goods arrive back to U.S., they are not in a resalable condition due to long distance they must travel.

Product Warranties:

Many of the items that are sold on PureComfortLinens.com come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer directly.
